ClarkSonic Series CSLFC and Series CSLFB Ultrasonic Flowmeters
ClarkSonic Ultrasonic Flowmeters, Series CSLFC and CSLFB are ideal for measurement of flow rates of acoustically conductive liquids including most clean liquids and many liquids with entrained solids. Main advantages include excellent long term stability, no pressure drop, broad fluid compatibility, high accuracy and low cost. Also, there are no moving parts. The output of the transmitter is unaffected by changes in fluid temperature, density and viscosity. Pipe sizes from 3/4" to 10", brass and carbon steel. Accuracy of 0.75% F.S., but cost competitive with other flow measurement techniques.

The flow meter and flow switch model DS01 works according to a modified variable area principle. The float is guided in a cylindrical measuring glass by means of a spring.

The model DS15 flow meter, flow switch, flow transmitter works according to the proven variable area principle. The float is moved upward in a tapered tube by the flowing medium and its upper edge indicates the flow rate by means of a scale affixed on to the measuring tube.

Series V1 Vortex Flowmeter
The operation of the Universal vortex flow meter is based on the vortex shedding principle. As fluid moves around a body, vortices (eddies) are formed and move downstream. They form alternately, from one side to the other, causing pressure fluctuations. These are sensed by a piezoelectric crystal in the sensor tube, and are converted to a 4-20 mA or pulse signal. The frequency of the vortices is directly proportional to the flow. This results in extremely accurate and repeatable measurements with no troublesome moving parts.

Series 1000 & 2000 flow switches provide economical solutions for equipment protection and automation. All Series 1000 & 2000 flow switches provide high reliability design with no paddles or small flow paths to plug or stick. Flow switches are suitable for measuring oil and water containing contaminates. Switches may also be selected for gases and steam.

 The Vorsite 2000 Flow Indicator and Flow Controller combines simple operation, exceptional functionality and cost-efficiency into one unit. It accepts input from four vortex sensors without the need for signal amplification or special cabling. Four flow and flow totals, alarms, and analog outputs are provided.
