DESCRIPTION
Used with a pressure or vacuum standard, these pumps are ideal sources for pressure or vacuum to test and calibrate instruments and to adjust setpoints on pressure switches. They are compact and light weight.

The plastic case materials are easy to grip and the material prevents heat transfer from hands to process. This can be a particularly tedious problem when calibrating low pressure devices.

Model 8125 is a very handy tool for the generation and fine adjustment of vacuum. This unit can generate vacuum pressures down to approx. 22 inches Hg.

Operation
Because the handpump is located at one end of the pump, a vacuum can be generated quickly and then finely adjusted by using the volume regulator at the other end of the pump.

Air can be slowly admitted to break the vacuum by using the fine metering valve.

Vacuum connection is made through one 1/8" NPT female fitting.

Model 8135 is a very handy tool for the generation and fine adjustment of pneumatic pressures. This unit can generate pressures up to approx. 70 PSI.

Operation
Because the handpump is located at one end of the pump, you can generate a rough pressure quickly and easily. The volume regulator at the other end of the pump is used to finely adjust the pressure. By using the fine metering valve, the pressure can be gradually relieved in a safe manner for both operator and equipment.

Pressure connection is made through one 1/8" NPT female fitting.

Model 8145 calibration handpump/volume regulator makes generating pressures up to 360 PSI more easy than ever before. The double action pump system generates test pressures with a minimum number of strokes. It requires less force to reach high pressures.

The 8145 is at least 3 times more effective than any other calibration handpump available today. The octagonal shape and T-grip guarantees the maximum grip for the user.

Operation
With the T grip of the 8145 hand pump one can generate a pre-pressure very quickly and easily. The built-in volume regulator provides easy and accurate adjustment of the required test pressure. The test pressure is supplied to the 1/8 NPT test connection. The test pressure can be released safely with the soft-seated fine metering valve next to the pressure connection.
