Optical gas sensor for CO2 measurements in Air

Description and Application Universal HVAC applications.  Sensor suitable in a measuring range from 0...2000 ppm to 0...25%.
Measuring Principle The carbon-dioxide-sensor operates at an infrared-optical base and uses the light-absorption of the CO2 in a narrow wave range of the infrared radiation.  The gas-supply is effected via free convection.  The sensor does not include any moving parts.
Standard Measuring Ranges Selectable:  0 to 25%, 0 to 5000ppm, 0 to 2.5%, 0 to 10%, other measuring ranges available on request

Oxygen-Sensor for O2 measurements in gases

Description and Application Oxygen-sensor with screw-in thread for air-conditioning-plants, air-cleaner, oxygen-rectifiers, greenhouses, oxygen-incubators, breathing apparatus, artificial respiration instruments.
Measuring Principle The oxygen-sensor includes a lead-oxygen-cell, a lead-anode and a gold-cathode under use of a special acid-electrolyte.  The oxygen-molecules of the gas-mixture exude through a non-porous Teflon-membrane into the electro-chemical cell and are there absorbed by the gold-electrode.  The current flow between the electrodes is proportional to the oxygen-concentration in the gas-mixture to be measured.  The signals are measured as voltage drop over the resistance and the Thermistor for the temperature compensation.  The modification of the output-voltage is proportional to the concentration of the oxygen.

Carbon monoxide sensor for CO measurements in air

Description and Application In garages for measuring and warnings tested acc. VDI 2053.  For air-quality-control reg. max. working-place concentration, e.g. in laboratories or motor-testing-stands.  In house and large shelters for surveillance of air outside or protection-air.
Measuring Principle The sensor includes a chemical measuring cell into which the air to measure diffuses.  At the electrode the H+ ions and the electrodes are used up in a cathode-reaction.  The power generated between anode and cathode is directly proportional to the CO-concentration in the measured air.
