| Measuring Principle |
The carbon-dioxide-sensor operates at an infrared-optical base and uses the light-absorption of the CO2 in a narrow wave range of the infrared radiation. The gas-supply is effected via free convection. The sensor does not include any moving parts. |

Oxygen-Sensor for O2 measurements in gases
| Description and Application |
Oxygen-sensor with screw-in thread for air-conditioning-plants, air-cleaner, oxygen-rectifiers, greenhouses, oxygen-incubators, breathing apparatus, artificial respiration instruments. |
| Measuring Principle |
The oxygen-sensor includes a lead-oxygen-cell, a lead-anode and a gold-cathode under use of a special acid-electrolyte. The oxygen-molecules of the gas-mixture exude through a non-porous Teflon-membrane into the electro-chemical cell and are there absorbed by the gold-electrode. The current flow between the electrodes is proportional to the oxygen-concentration in the gas-mixture to be measured. The signals are measured as voltage drop over the resistance and the Thermistor for the temperature compensation. The modification of the output-voltage is proportional to the concentration of the oxygen. |

| Measuring Principle |
The sensor includes a chemical measuring cell into which the air to measure diffuses. At the electrode the H+ ions and the electrodes are used up in a cathode-reaction. The power generated between anode and cathode is directly proportional to the CO-concentration in the measured air. |
