PD-Series Active Pulsation Dampeners

	Clark Solutions PD-Series Active Pulsation Dampeners For Use With Air Operated Pumps- AISI 316 SS, PTFE, & Aluminum DESCRIPTION The active pulsation dampener is the most efficient way to remove pressure variations on the discharge of an air operated diaphragm pump. The P-Series pulsation dampener works actively with compressed air and a diaphragm, automatically setting the correct pressure to minimize the pulsations. The pulsation dampener is available for all Clark Tapflo air operated diaphragm pump sizes and material versions. When the liquid pressure falls in the piping system, the pulsation dampener supplies extra pressure to the discharge between the pump strokes by displacing liquid by means of diaphragm movement. This pumping action created by the dampener decreases the pressure variations and pulsations. Pumps made from conductive (carbon filled) PE or PTFE for use in explosion hazardous environments	Twin pump piping arrangement is ideal when pumping two different liquids separated from each other, in the same pump. Used for glue and ink etc.	A stroke counter is an easy way to pump a preset volume of fluid. The number of strokes are preset via an LED display and the electronic unit then controls the pump auomatically.
TR20, T50 and T100 are available in drum pump version. The pump has a handle in stainless steel and the pump tube can be delivered in any length up to 2 m.	In applications with critical safety needs a diaphragm monitor can be supplied. The monitor will alarm and shut down the pump in case of a diaphragm break.
