T-Series Air Operated Sanitary Pumps

Tapflo®
T-Series Air Operated Sanitary Pumps
AISI 316 SS Pump Housing, Flow to 425 LPM, Pressure to 8 Bar

DESCRIPTION
The Tapflo sanitary series is particularly designed to meet the requirements of the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Lubrication free air distribution system, maintenance free ball check valve system and total visual inspection of the wetted parts are some of the major features of this pump series.

Our design allows for total visual inspection of the wetted parts. There are no hidden areas where bacteria can grow. The manifold clamps and the housing screws are quickly removed for complete disassembly and cleaning. The pump is also designed for cleaning and sterilization in place – C.I.P. and S.I.P.. After such operations, the pump is easily turned in its support for drainage.

APPLICATIONS

  • Dairy products: Milk, cream, yogurt, cream cheese, melted cheese
  • Grocery: Ketchup, mayonnaise, tomato products, mustard
  • Beverages: Flavors, coloring, fruit juice

Twin pump piping arrangement

Twin pump piping arrangement is ideal when pumping two different liquids separated from each other, in the same pump. Used for glue and ink etc.
an easy way to pump a preset volume of fluid.

A stroke counter is an easy way to pump a preset volume of fluid. The number of strokes are preset via an LED display and the electronic unit then controls the pump auomatically.
TR20, T50 and T100 are available in drum pump version

TR20, T50 and T100 are available in drum pump version. The pump has a handle in stainless steel and the pump tube can be delivered in any length up to 2 m.
a diaphragm monitor

In applications with critical safety needs a diaphragm monitor can be supplied. The monitor will alarm and shut down the pump in case of a diaphragm break.
Diaphragm acting pump

Diaphragm acting pumps have an inherent pulsating flow output. A pulsation dampener is offered for applications where this cannot be tolerated.
