Peristaltic Pumps
A peristaltic pump (also referred to as a hose pump, tube pump or roller pump) is used for pumping a variety of fluids and most often used in fluid transfer applications of corrosive and viscous fluids in a wide range of automated chemistry applications. Peristaltic pumps are positive displacement pumps that transport the liquid through the tube by a series of rollers turned either directly by a motor or a gearbox.
