DESCRIPTION

The Boxer Unoverse 9100 peristaltic pump dispenser has been developed for scientific applications where precision and versatility go hand in hand.

Use the 9100 dispenser to transfer a precise amount of reagent directly from your reservoir to your application. Minimize waste- prime back to your reservoir and aspirate back any unused reagents.

The unit features easy tube changes via a uniquely designed, hinged tube cover. Volumes can be calibrated to match two different tube sizes and the display can be adjusted to show the desired working range in either μ or ml.

The simple to master controls allow you to dispense or aspirate any volume with high precision and accuracy. A dispense protocol can be programmed to repeat up to 99 times with up to 99 second intervals. A single touch of the "Stop" button and any pump operation is immediately terminated.

FUNCTIONS

  • Change Pump Direction - The pump controller can be used for dispensing or aspirating. The slide switch on the left side of the unit sets the direction that the pump rotor rotates
  • Pump Speed - Press "Speed+Up" or "Speed+Down" to increase or decrease speed. Speed can be adjusted from 180 to 255 rpm.
  • Continuous Dispense Mode: Press "Volume+Start" for continuous running, press "Stop" button to stop
  • Adjust Dispense Volume: Press "Volume Up" or "Volume Down" to enter the volume nearest to your desired volume
  • Interval Dispense - Set the unit to dispense the desired volume for a number of times in predefined intervals.
  • Volume Calibration: Establish dispense volume with gravimetric samples using the "CAL" button to set a deviation from the system default value of 1.000 ml or change the default value to dispense larger volumes by shifting the default value decimal point.
